All Drivers must be over the age of 21. Drivers must provide valid Driver’s License and Vehicle Insurance. To drive the golf cart, non-US driver license holders are required to pay an additional $25 per day instead of providing vehicle insurance. The golf cart $25 fee is per golf cart, not per driver. This cost covers the extra insurance required.

Please note: The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and is accessed via the carport. There’s also a convenient half-bathroom with private outdoor shower on this level, perfect for when you’re enjoying the pool. The other two bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the main floor, down the hallway from the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. This property is also equipped with an Xbox Series X, complete with a selection of games in the entertainment console, perfect for anyone looking to enjoy some gaming during their stay.
