SeaBreeze Vacation is a family-owned company rooted in Anna Maria Island. What started as a single family vacation quickly became a passion and then a business dedicated to helping with families create unforgettable memories on Anna Maria Island.
The Johnson Family (Adrian, Cathy, Ben, and Lucy) founded SeaBreeze Vacation in 2017, which was built on genuine hospitality and a simple promise: deliver exceptional guest experiences while providing owners with strong, reliable returns.
Today, we manage over 120 Anna Maria Island rentals with a dedicated team that values care, consistency, and personal service. For us, success isn’t about numbers, it’s about trust, reputation, and treating every guest and owner like family.
Save on Fees When You Book Directly with SeaBreeze
SeaBreeze Vacation keeps pricing simple and transparent for guests. Rather than adding administrative fees at checkout, the costs associated with payment processing and flexible cancellation coverage are incorporated directly into the nightly rate. This approach allows guests to see straightforward pricing and save compared to the booking fees you’ll see on the national travel sites like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.
