SeaBreeze Vacation is a family-owned company rooted in Anna Maria Island. What started as a family vacation became a passion for helping other families create unforgettable memories.

After buying our first rental in 2002, the Johnson family made the move from the UK to Florida in 2011. Today, we manage over 125 properties with a local team built on genuine hospitality, personal service, and a simple promise: treat every guest and owner like family.

International Travel Agency Program

Our International Travel Agency Program was the first of its kind on Anna Maria Island, connecting your home with travel agents worldwide. Many international guests book 12+ months ahead, helping drive year-round occupancy and revenue.

Revenue Management

Our in-house Revenue Management team builds a custom strategy for every home, using real-time market data, demand, and performance to maximize annual revenue, not simply nightly rates. Every property is individually reviewed and adjusted daily

Professional Photography

Professional interior and exterior photography, aerial drone shots, 3D Matterport tours, and labeled floor plans are included at no extra cost. Great listings help homes stand out, attract guests, and get booked.

Transparent Ownership
