The SeaBreeze Flexible Cancellation Policy

The #1 question asked by a guest booking: “What is your Cancellation Policy?” Now for the BEST ANSWER EVER!!!  SeaBreeze Vacation has just implemented our new flexible cancellation policy. We know this has been a tough year for everyone and the events of 2020 have changed how people will travel forever. Seabreeze listened to all of your complaints and concerns during these uncertain times and invested a lot of time and effort into formulating a flexible cancelation policy for our guests.

Rental costs, as well as other protected non rental fees will be refunded as long as the terms and conditions are met. Excluded items from the refund include the damage waiver fee, third party booking fees and travel insurance.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to check-in will not be eligible for refund. Example: For a check in on Saturday, Guests could cancel upto 4pm on Thursday before check-in

Guests may cancel their reservation by notifying SeaBreeze in writing that they wish to cancel. This request MUST be received no later than 48hrs prior to check-in (by 4pm two days prior)

Excluded Reservations:

Reservation made 48hrs or less from the check-in date.

Reservations made before July 1st 2020  will not be covered. 

Reservations with a check-in date prior to August 1st 2020 will not be covered. 

Reservations made using a credit from a previously cancelled reservation will not be covered.

The maximum trip cost reimbursement is $25,000 USD. Bookings with a trip cost more than $25,000 USD do not qualify for the Flexible Cancellation Policy. The maximum trip length is 180 days. Bookings with a trip length of more than 180 days do not qualify for the flexible cancellation policy.l
