Sea View Play is a recently updated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom, beachfront condo at Gulf Place. Centrally located on Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island, you’ll find an open-floor plan with unobstructed, breathtaking views of the white sandy beach and turquoise waters.  The large living room offers plenty of seating to relax after a fun day in the sun.  Off the living room, the dining area is large, and the picturesque beach view will never grow old. The fully-appointed kitchen comes with everything you need from a refrigerator, new stove and microwave to a dual coffee maker and blender.  Coffee or margaritas – why not do both?!

Down the hall, you’ll find a spacious primary bedroom which features a plush king-size bed, 55” smart TV and ensuite bathroom.  Guest room one features a queen-size bed and a 40” smart TV.  Guest room two features two twin-size beds and a 40” smart TV.  This unit has air-conditioning, ceiling fans and, of course, the soothing night winds from the ocean.  Lightning-fast WiFi is included (up to 1 Gigabyte per second speed), along with a full-size washer and dryer (in-unit).   A lighted tennis/pickleball court, a beachside deck (one of only a few on the island) and dedicated beach chairs and umbrella are all included in your rental. Come and enjoy your stay at Sea View Play, S’il Vous Plait!
