Portside Paradise is a gorgeous, custom-built, professionally designed island home offers 4 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, with every bedroom featuring its own ensuite. Located just one block from the beach, it also includes an EV charger and a variety of upscale amenities.

The first level features three bedrooms, a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer, a half bath, and covered porches that lead to the backyard oasis. The bright, open kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, and everything needed for anything from quick snacks to gourmet meals.

Upstairs, you’ll find the spacious primary suite, a built-in bunk room, and two additional full bathrooms. The bunk room includes four twin trundle beds, two flat-screen TVs, and an Xbox gaming station, while the primary suite boasts a walk-in closet, ensuite bath, and private porch with rooftop deck access.

The outdoor space is a true highlight, featuring a heated pool and spa, sundeck, tiki cocktail table, and lush tropical landscaping within a fenced backyard. Property Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply. 

Golf Cart Terms & Conditions - All Drivers must be over the age of 21. Drivers must provide valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance. To drive the golf cart, non-US driver license holders are required to pay an additional $25 per day instead of providing vehicle insurance. The golf cart $25 fee is per golf cart, not per driver. This cost covers the extra insurance required.

Pet Friendly - The weight limit per dog is 30 lbs. (3 dogs allowed).
