This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is located in the Runaway Bay condominium complex, which is across the street from the beachfront! With an intimate space and great location in town, this property is ideal for single-family vacations, romantic weekends, and trips with your best friends. Being right by the beach isn’t this condo’s only highlight though, as it also boasts the largest heated pool on the island and is on the ground floor for easy access.
The complex is in Bradenton Beach, with a great location that’s within walking distance of dining but remains tranquil compared to the busier parts of the city like Coquina Beach. When you feel like heading down there or exploring the rest of the island, you’ll find that the Runaway Bay complex is near the Gulf Dr./23rd St stop for the free island trolley. The trolley will take you a short ride south, or even all the way north to Pine Ave, where you can take advantage of the best shopping on Anna Maria Island. Add in a personal parking space for your vehicle, and you’re perfectly set up to discover the sights and sounds of AMI!
