Perks of Our 1-Bedroom Rentals
One of the main features of our 1-bedroom beachfront homes for rent in Anna Maria Island FL are the outdoor spaces that you can use for entertaining, swimming with your kids, enjoying the bright sunshine, and much more. We love sitting outside under the covered pool area, playing a game of cards, sipping a beer in the hot weather, and getting a tan through the windows.
You can also just relax in one of the lounge chairs by the pool and hot tub. We enjoy laying out here in the middle of the day, taking a midday nap under the sunshine, and waking up to a crisp and cool winter night. Then, hop in the hot tub to ease your aching muscles after a day full of surfing and running on the beach before going inside to have a glass of wine.
The outdoor space is not only relaxing, but it provides the perfect space for you and your family to chill out, relax, and spend quality time with one another – while still getting tons of sunshine, fresh air, and the Gulf breeze at your house.
Forget crowded hotels that do not offer any private space for you to rejuvenate and relax. Stay with us at SeaBreeze Vacation to get the solitude of private outdoor space while still having the convenience of being super close to the base amenities, things to do, and outdoor attractions in Anna Maria Island.
Cozy Interior Space
Not sure why you should pay a little extra for our luxurious homes? Well, along with the outdoor space, we offer cozy interior areas that are great for watching a movie late at night, playing a board game with your friends, sharing stories with your family over a glass of wine, or just relaxing at the dining room table and doing some remote work on your laptop.
Our comfortable and cozy interior space not only has comfortable furniture, like plush couches and recliner chairs, but we offer cool interior decorations that make it feel like you are staying in your best friends’ house at the beach. You won’t ever have sterile walls and drape decorations when you stay in one of our spacious and cozy homes.
What Our Guests Are Saying
We had a great experience with Seabreeze Rentals in Anna Maria. They were so helpful and responsive. The condo was in excellent shape. It’s in an older building but recently renovated. Perfect location in Holmes Beach. Just walk across the street and you’ll find a perfect beach spot. This was our 6th trip to Holmes Beach and our first time using Seabreeze. I would highly recommend checking out their rental properties
