Spring Break 2026 – Away from Hustle and Bustle with great beach access

We took my 17 yo daughter and her best friend here for Spring Break. Nice and spacious unit for 4 adults. Cozy comfy beds so we all slept well too.

The location on Holms Beach was perfect for us, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Pine Street and/or Bridge Street but close enough we could venture that way if/when we wanted. The beach access was great, literally across the street, and the unit was equipped with everything you need for perfect beach days (cart, umbrella, chairs etc.) AND everything was in good condition (in my experience, most of the time it is not).

Several places are within a short walk like Anna Mairie Island Café (known for all you can eat pancakes on the beach), Skinny’s Place (burgers), Publix, Dunkin, CVS and Alvin’s Island. I would recommend renting a golf cart to get around the island (we did not and wished we would have).

We had a great stay! The house was clean and comfortable, peaceful, and so close to Pine. They had everything we needed. The pool was perfect and warm. We even saw two manatees in the canal!

Excellent place. Very clean and well appointed. Be prepared - lots of traffic in AMI. Call early for restaurant reservations! Loved our week there.

We had such a great time with our family at this property. It was 2 blocks from the beach and walking distance from restaurants and lots of fun things to do. The house itself was perfect! The showers had the best pressure that I've ever experienced and the heated pool was perfect! We loved our time at this home and think it would be a wonderful property for anyone to rent! Thank you so much for letting us stay!

Loved it!

The rental was super clean! The pool was amazing and had enough foliage that it was very private. The house is located on a canal and we were able to get kayaks delivered to the house for a day of exploring. It was a little challenging getting into and out of the water, but we were happy to have the experience available to us. We even saw manatees when kayaking through other channels. We took a girls trip and the rental was just what we were looking for. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the backyard oasis. Would definitely recommend the stay. The kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking, but did not have any salt/pepper so make sure you bring your own of things like that. Included golf cart was convenient for our group of six and got us everywhere we needed to go.

We booked Sea Breeze last minute and had a great stay! We loved the pool and dock. Easy access via golf cart to beautiful beach. Appreciated all supplies. We missed having a few staples like salt, pepper, spices. Very clean and comfortable.

Great place for boaters!

Great location and extremely clean. However, in case its not clear, this is a duplex with Unit A on top of Unit B. This listing is for Unit B and you will hear every sound the tenants above make. We could even hear the maid sweeping. Unit is much smaller than the pictures lead you to believe. Issues with all 3 TV's due to previous tenants. Smoke alarm located above stove and toaster, so I'm sure you can imagine how fun it was to make toast and eggs in the morning. Much better options out there for similar price.

Great location. Easy walk to Bridge Street shops and restaurants. Across the street from the beach. Amazing sunset view.

We loved our stay!! Walking across the street and your on the beach was wonderful. Condo was beautiful and so clean. Would definitely book here again!! Communication before arriving was great! Short walk to Bridge Street was helpful.

This was a charming home in a perfect location 2 minutes walking from the beach and 3 minutes walking to town. The house had everything we needed. The pool was warm and the air cooled down each night to keep us comfortable. I wouldn’t call this a “luxury” home necessarily, but for the price and location, it’s an excellent choice. Our family of 5 had more than enough space and will look for this property again when we return.

We have been coming to AMI for 5 years now. It is our spot to vacation. The house was nice, clean and very close to the beach (2 blocks). However, when co.paring to other places we have stayed it was pretty small. We expected to at least have coffee filters, regardless, the house was beautiful, the pool IS the highlight of it all. Renting this place will NOT disappoint for the price!
