Yo y mi grupo la pasamos excelente, bien acogedor, súper tranquilo, privado, a pocos pasos de la playa… din dudas volvería por estadías de muchos más días

We very much enjoyed our stay at Anna Maria Island, the house being everything they described it to be and clean just made it that much more enjoyable. Very nice 6 seater golf cart, very nice to ride around. Pool, Hot tub were perfect very private with all the landscaping and palms. Short walk to beach access, Seabreeze host were great about making sure we had everything we needed before check-in, awesome customer service! We would definitely recommend this house if you are planning a stay at AMI!

I’m definitely going back next year.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. It was the first time taking my family to Florida, and we had a hard time saying goodbye. Anna Maria Island is an absolute gem, and SeaBreeze's staff and their property couldn't have been any better. I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again. Thank you!

Great placefor family stays. Clean andalways felt they were just a call away if we needed anything.

Great place!

Beautiful and comfortable house, but the best of this location is that it has a 2-3 minutes walk to Bean Point beach

Great stay, got to see manatees in the back at the dock, kayaks were available. Able to walk to most areas. Very short walk to beach. Very clean and peaceful. Plenty of outside space as well. However, be wary of parking. Second car was parked parallel with road and off the road into designated spot, tires off road, facing correct direction and still got a ticket on windshield. This has no bearing for bnb, just as an informing. Thank you.

The place is a beautiful home that was added onto multiple times. So its layout is a little choppy but works great for bigger parities. I have very little to say bad about the house it’s beautiful!

But guests should know there is a lot of steps up to the house and also stairs down to the pool and play area. For most families not an issue but for elder folks or handicap not a good choice. The house has lots step up and step down spots in the house. So there are lots of trip or fall spots in lots of places. Again not good for elderly folks and younger kids.

Also Anna Maria loves golf carts because they ticket them for revenue for just about anything they can. It’s a money maker and I watch them ticket so many people just parking the wrong way or angled. So be careful if you get a golf cart!

But overall this is a beautiful place for a family to stay and the hosts were awesome and always checking in on us. Even came a fixed an issue for us same day. Some beds need to be updated soon.

This was truly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Griffin’s was absolutely perfect for our family and had everything we could have hoped for.

The pool was a huge hit with the kids, especially having the pool toys provided. Because it stayed shaded, it was never too warm and was always refreshing. The screened-in porch was idyllic for enjoying comfortable meals outside, relaxing with a cup of coffee, or watching a quick summer rain shower roll through.

We also loved having access to the beach accessories in the garage; it was such a thoughtful and convenient touch. And, of course, having the golf cart was a major perk! We used it to get around the island all week and loved the ease and convenience it provided.

The location was fantastic. We could easily walk to the beach, as well as to the Ugly Grouper and several cute shops nearby.

Overall, this home was comfortable, well-appointed, and perfect for our family. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely book again!

Anna Maria Island itself is truly beautiful — peaceful, charming, and with some of the most gorgeous beaches and sunsets we’ve seen. The location made it easy to enjoy everything the island has to offer while coming back to a comfortable and welcoming home at the end of the day.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend this beautiful home and this special little piece of Florida! 🌴☀️💙

This Airbnb was the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The host was very friendly & it was so easy to communicate with the team!
The home itself was PERFECT & SO CLEAN. Not a speck of dust or a grain of sand. Not a single thing out of place.
It was clutter free while also having everything we could need — toaster, coffee maker, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool, hot tub, rooms, bathroom, extra linens & toiletries. Literally everything was cover.

I really really enjoyed this stay & will be looking to stay with SeaBreeze again in the future. 5 star. 10/10 stay!

Our stay at Seabreeze was wonderful! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach. The pool felt almost private, making it a peaceful place to relax.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special by welcoming us with balloons, birthday cards, and a coffee shop gift card. It was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel truly appreciated.

The property was spotless, and all of the amenities were excellent. We especially loved having access to beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and other beach equipment, which made our days by the ocean so easy and enjoyable.

Everything was well-maintained, comfortable, and convenient. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Seabreeze to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Beautiful condo! Great location. Perfectly positioned between the beach and the bay. Easy walk to both! We loved it!

What an amazing stay! Had everything we needed and the best part- THE CLEANLINESS of everything. Makes it feel just like home. Lots of beach stuff available to use and steps to the beach. Fantastic.

This house provided our family with a wonderful stay. The pool was perfect and provided ample space to play and relax. The hot tub warmed up great. The bedrooms were large and inviting. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and private bathroom. The kitchen was phenomenal for dinners as a family and breakfasts at the spacious bar. The access point on this street is also a plus with a very tropical feel walking to the beach. Lots of wildlife here and also saw a manatee up close at the beach.
