The #1 question asked by a guest booking: “What is your Cancellation Policy?” Now for the BEST ANSWER EVER!!! SeaBreeze Vacation has just implemented our new flexible cancellation policy. We know this has been a tough year for everyone and the events of 2020 have changed how people will travel forever. SeaBreeze listened to all of your complaints and concerns during these uncertain times and invested a lot of time and effort into formulating a flexible cancelation policy for our guests.
Rental costs, as well as other protected non-rental fees, will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee as long as the terms and conditions are met. Excluded items from the refund include third party booking fees and travel insurance. For example, when you book direct and you book direct with Seabreeze Vacation and you do not take out the additional travel insurance you receive a full refund less the $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to check-in will not be eligible for a refund. Example: For check-in on Saturday, Guests could cancel up to 4 pm EST on Thursday before check-in
Guests may cancel their reservation by notifying SeaBreeze in writing that they wish to cancel. This request MUST be received no later than 48hrs prior to check-in (by 4 pm EST two days prior)
The maximum trip cost reimbursement is $20,000 USD. Bookings with a trip cost more than $20,000 USD do not qualify for the Flexible Cancellation Policy. The maximum trip length is 60 days. Bookings with a trip length of more than 60 days do not qualify for the flexible cancellation policy.
Our optional trip insurance is not required to be covered by our flexible cancellation policy!
