When you first walk in, you can see the separate sections of Sea Horse. The different parts of the house are sectioned off, which makes every room feel intentional. Immediately inside is the dining room, which is overlooked by the kitchen. The dining room is fitted with a round table that seats seven, and around it is the chic interior of tastefully curated sea-inspired designs and artwork. The ambiance of the room really hones in on the feeling of vacationing at the beach. In the kitchen, the light blues of the cabinets accent the beach aesthetic nicely. In this very spacious cooking area, the chef of the party is free to create without the confines of a small kitchen space. In this roomy kitchen, a little bar with two stools looks into the kitchen. The dishwasher and wine fridge are separated from the kitchen, placed just to the back of it against the wall with more counter space and storage.
Heading deeper into Sea Horse house, you’ll see the living room begin to near and greet you. This cozy part of the house is relaxing and intimate. The sofa along the wall is circled by four single-seated couches, so there are no awkward spacings between seating that would make for someone to be left out or spaced too far to partake in conversation as can sometimes happen in living room layouts. A mounted TV hangs above a fireplace, which really brings together the hominess of Sea Horse. After a long day in the water or around town, finish the fun with a crackling fire and maybe even toast up some marshmallows for vacation’s sake.
The Masters
One of the exciting parts of Sea Horse is that there are three master bedrooms. The first one has a private entrance to the patio and pool. Generously sized and fitted with a king bed, this master bedroom has more than enough room to accommodate. It is furnished with a nightstand on either side of the bed with excess compartment space. By the windows in the corner of the room are two deep-seated, single-person couches for casual hangs in the privacy of the bedroom, and there is a TV as well so you can curl up in bed with a movie. One of the four bathrooms is attached with a walk-in shower and double vanity sink.
The second master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, with a door that leads outside to the patio and pool area. The attached bathroom has single sink vanity and walk-in shower, like the third master bedroom. This third master has a king-sized bed and its layout is much like the second master.
The final bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a dresser, and a TV. The closet space in this room makes for a very accommodating space. The bathroom attached to this bedroom is the only one with a tub with shower and tub.
The Pearl of the House
The living room leads outside to the best part of the house. The back patio area is the true star of the house. Like the coveted pearls in oysters, the backyard is it. The lush greenery of Florida nature is tangible and overflowing in Sea Horse’s backyard, but the screened-in porch that stands tall over the patio and pool prevents much of the debris of the world from falling into the water or dirtying the space around. This patio was designed with ultimate comfort and relaxation in mind. The wide-open space within the screened-in patio gives more room than you’d expect, providing more than ample space for all guests to meander about the property and find a place to stretch out or take a moment for themselves perhaps. The private pool is heated, so those who like to regulate the temperature too can enjoy this part of Sea Horse as well.

Outside is a renovated shed turned game room. Inside is a pool table, a TV room with couches, and an XBOX system, complete with its own patio. It sits on a stretch of spacious grass on the rest of the yard that is outside of the screened-in pool area.

Sea Horse sits on a canal that leads like a road to the open sea. There is a boat lift for your pleasure and convenience. The beach is a four-minute walk, but it doesn’t have to be the only place you spend your time. Bring your boat to Sea Horse where it will be safe and you can enjoy it without worrying about any damage to it from the water as there is a lift that can mount the boat above the water while it is not being used.
