10This condo is notable for the custom wheelchair accessibility features. The beautifully remodeled master bathroom features 36-inch sliding doors, a roll-in shower and a roll under sink. There are multiple grab bars to help with transfers (or to dry bathing suits and beach towels when assistance is not needed). A Hoyer lift and shower chair are both available for guest use in the master closet. There is also a lift-chair in the living room and a ramp to the balcony for those that need it. Other assistive devices may be available from Beach'N Buggys, located in Gulf Shores, AL.
Are your kids ready for some Water Park Fun? We have a Lazy River, Slide and Splash Pad by the large outdoor pool. Phoenix West II has Over 500 feet of private beach, a workout room, a heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, a steam room, sauna, grilling area, volleyball area, bike racks, covered parking and much more. There is plenty of shopping and entertainment nearby, as well as close proximity to state and national parks that showcase the natural beauty of this well-endowed corner of the world. We are centrally located to the State Park, Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.
