On October 10, 2022, permanent repairs will begin on the south balcony handrails. They will begin repairs to the handrails on the 01 stack and work east. Contractors will access all balconies from a swing stage but will not be entering any condos. For the safety of all, the balcony sliding doors will be secured from the outside and safety nets draped below the stage while construction is in progress. The beginning of the project involves concrete cutting and impact drilling, so noise and dust can be expected during this stage. The contractor will not begin before 9:00am and will stop around 5:00pm unless extra time is needed to finish a step.
