This beautiful home is in the quiet community of South Gulf Cove, Florida. One of the closest properties to local beaches- our house is only minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico via Boca Grande gorgeous beaches and lovely Gasparilla Island.

The area is a paradise for beachgoers, nature lovers, boat and golf enthusiasts alike.

Walk along the multiple hiking and nature trails in the area, this is a very active community with lots to explore nearby in the State Parks and Preserves.
 
The home is furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2  bathrooms, 2 car garage and a screened in patio.

The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a large walkin shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom includes a bunkbed with a twin over double. 
Fresh, comfortable and bright this is the perfect southwest Florida retreat.

This is a pet-friendly home!  A non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 per dog plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit. 
Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival. Bookings with pets do not instant book, will need to get pets approval first.

South Gulf Cove Park - 1 mile (best place to put in boat to the canal)

Publix is 5 miles, Walmart is 10 miles
Cape Haze Links Golf Club and Coral Creek Club are just minutes away as is Rotunda Golf and Country Club. 

This is a self-catering house stay!
We will provide a welcome pack including the following:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 packets of dishwasher detergent
2 packets of laundry soap
"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom
1 Garbage can liner in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
