Dock: Guests are welcome to tie their boat to the dock (boat rentals are available from Holidaze in Fishermans Village).
No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.

Public Boat Ramp: Ponce De Leon Public Boat ramp is a few miles south of the house, Laishley Park Boat ramp is located in downtown Punta Gorda. Both offer easy access to the harbor and the canal to the house.

Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month plus tax. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. Pool faces East.

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
