As you enter our oasis, your eyes are immediately drawn to the sparkling private pool as well as the waters of the canal beyond. With a spacious dock, this vacation home is a boaters paradise (the lift is not usable but guests can tie a boat to the dock). This home is on a wide canal, perfect for most boats. Whether you’re on the water all day or only for a few hours, this is the perfect place to dock your craft and call home for your vacation. 

Comfortable Bedrooms

The 3 bedrooms in this home are comfortable and stylish, providing the perfect space to relax after your day in the sun. The master bedroom has a king bed along with a gorgeous ensuite bathroom and patio access.
The two guest bedrooms each include a queen bed, one includes patio access as well. Both guest bedrooms share a guest bathroom in this split floor-plan house.

With eastern exposure, you’ll get sun all day along with gorgeous morning sunrises. There are also 4 adult bikes that you can use to explore the beautiful community. Multiple kayaks to use, as well as plenty of beach items, chairs, coolers, etc for guest use.

This community is very active with bike lanes and walking trails. Truly a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida experience. South Gulf Cove has a boat ramp at the front of the community with a lovely park and a playground.

Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month plus tax. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. 
The pool faces East for gorgeous sunrise views.

BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional $56 fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.
