13Blissful Hideaway is an elegantly furnished 4,254 sq. ft vacation home rental with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. This luxurious pool home features a third-floor movie room overlooking the wonderful Arnold Palmer-designed Legacy golf course at Reunion, Orlando's premier golf Resort. The open plan living area has a stylish leather sectional sofa with ottoman, large 65-inch SMART TV with Blu-Ray player and large wet bar area with fridge. The adjoining kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The formal dining area seats 8.
From the French Doors of the dining area, there is access to the outside Patio which has two additional tables each seating 10, the perfect space for getting together with friends or family to enjoy lunch or an evening meal while taking in the beautiful scenery of the golf course.
The villa itself is arranged over three floors with a separate annex. It will comfortably sleep 12 people with 4 king bedrooms and 1 kids room which are all furnished to the highest standard with each having either golf course or pool views. In addition to the King bedroom in the in-laws apartment, there is also a queen sofa bed and SMART TV in the living area should there be a need for additional sleeping. All bedrooms have LED TV's, and en-suite bathrooms. The Master bedroom has access to a large balcony with stunning views of the Legacy golf course.
The large theater room on the top floor features a fun galaxy theme to make you feel like you're in a galaxy far, far away. Watch some favorite space movies on the 120-inch projection screen while relaxing on comfortable chairs. The room also provides access to another large balcony provides where you can sit and enjoy the truly stunning views.
A large private pool area with separate spa and a covered walkway provides constant shade from the Florida sun. Enjoy the sunshine on the loungers by the privacy of your own pool, or if the sun gets too much to bear, then the covered walkway on the pool deck will provide constant shade. There is a removable children's safety fence for your peace of mind.

Terms & Conditions
• Payment Terms - Outside of 30 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 20%, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Inside of 30 days of arrival full payment is required.• Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.

• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate

• Bookings made within 45 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
