We begin this tour in the kitchen which is where plenty of memories will be made. Cook holiday dinners or late night snacks here! Enjoy the fruits of your labor out in the dining room which is a place where memories and stories will be shared. Be sure to keep the sliding glass doors open which suddenly turns the living room into an indoor/outdoor space. The living room is the best spot to curl up with a book or binge watch your favorite TV show. No matter what, relaxation is sure to be had here! The bedrooms provide refuge from the warm sun after a day at the beach. The master boasts a king bed while the guest room is outfitted with a queen. Both rooms are made with privacy in mind featuring ensuite bathrooms.

This oasis extends far beyond the vacation condo. Hang out all day at the onsite pool or pick up a game of tennis or pickleball at the three professional courts at the resort. Change into your suit and be at the beach in just a few minutes walk across Midnight Pass road to our private beach access area. Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to stock and replenish, we do not restock these items. 
This is an industry-standard practice.
No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues. 


Guest must be 25 and up to rent this condo. ID is checked upon check-in to the resort.

per HOA rules only Saturday to Saturday stay is allowed. 
No other departure or arrival date can be accommodated.
Dates outside of those listed above we can accommodate different arrival and departure dates.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS, WE WILL COLLECT A $1,500.00 DEPOSIT
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 91 days or more prior to arrival - $250 is refundable.
If canceled 89 - 61 days prior to arrival - entire $1,500 is non-refundable
No cancellation or modification 60 or less prior to arrival.
