You will feel immediately relaxed as you enter our 9 bedroom, 5 bathroom executive home which sleeps up to 19 in style. We have paid great attention to every detail when we furnished this home and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do with our own family. With 3 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 twin room, 1 room with 2 double beds and 1 room with a twin and a double, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax after a day out or just to stay in and take it easy. Each room has a different feel so all guests should be equally happy with their room, and all have wall mounted flat screen LED Tv’s. The dining room and living area offers plenty of space to congregate and enjoy meals together, and the bright and airy kitchen has all the appliances that you would expect in your own home. (There is also a full-size washer and dryer). You can also enjoy a game of pool in the game room, or watch a movie in the huge loft area, or leave the kids to play on the Xbox. Or why not take a dip in the large pool or relax in the spa, even in the evening as the pool area is south facing? Our longer-stay deposit and cancellation policy is different and an exception to what is noted for a shorter stay:
- When you reserve, we will collect a $1,500.00 deposit.
- Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- If canceled 91 days or more prior to arrival - $250 is refundable.
- If canceled 89 - 61 days prior to arrival - entire $1,500 is non-refundable
