As a Grand Collection rental, you are immersed in a home that is decorated and designed with the comfort and style of the guest in mind. Cool tones and cozy furniture set the mood resulting in rest and relaxation. Each of the 5 bedrooms are expertly decorated. Three bedrooms have king beds, 1 with 2 doubles, and the last with both a twin and double. These rooms are the perfect place to call home for your stay.

The living areas are vast and plenty. The main living room features a 50” TV and wraparound couch. Not only is it perfect for conversation, but it is also the perfect escape for the afternoon nap. Close by is the kitchen where you can refuel for the day ahead. With granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and wooden cabinetry you’ll be proud to cook here! Whether you’re whipping up a holiday meal or a midnight bite, this is the place to do so. Lastly, after dinner head up to the loft with another 50” TV where you can have the perfect movie night!

Be sure to take advantage of all the entertainment in this home! The game room is ideal for game nights with billiards, pool and foosball. Whether is a late night game or early morning re-match, this is the best place to do so. Head out back to the pool deck and enjoy the Florida sun all day. A spa is there for you to use for pure relaxation! Lastly, the Solara clubhouse is where you can enjoy another gorgeous pool, slides, and so much more!

1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)
Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items. 
This is an industry-standard practice.
No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.

Please note our special deposit and cancellation policy for our guests who stay 28 days and longer, we welcome you!
Our longer-stay deposit and cancellation policy is different and an exception to what is noted for a shorter stay:
- When you reserve, we will collect a $1,500.00 deposit.
- Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- If canceled 91 days or more prior to arrival - $250 is refundable.
- If canceled 89 - 61 days prior to arrival - entire $1,500 is non-refundable
