The Villa Escape features 4 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed – a rarity in Cape Coral. 8 persons can stay here, and there are 2 bathrooms.
A true highlight is the pool where you can swim to your heart´s content – with views of the idyllic garden, that is. Or are you looking for some relaxation? No problem. Sunbeds, lounge chairs and a sofa are available on the terrace. A special cage keeps insects away and helps to reduce UV-rays.
If, on the other hand, you want to enjoy South Florida´s sun, we recommend the hammock in the garden. There, little guests can play in the sand of our private beach and find shade under palm trees.
In the roofed section of the terrace, you will find a table for 6 persons. Alternatively, you can take a seat in the elegant dining room. Speaking of dining: The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals: oven, refrigerator and a large counter, dishwasher, kettle and a coffee maker, as well as enough cutlery and utensils. In addition, the villa features a barbecue grill that you are more than welcome to use.
Cozy vibes await you in the living room with its sofas, beautifully arranged deco elements and flat-screen TV. For your convenience, the house features a washing machine and dryer.
Another highlight of the Villa Escape is its location – not only due to stunning sunsets. The next Publix supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, so you can easily do your grocery shopping on foot. Situated 1.2 miles to the east are the restaurants on Cape Coral Parkway, and it only takes 7 minutes by car to reach the Yacht Club public beach.
