This 8 bedroom, 6 bath luxury villa sleeps 18, it is designed for 10 adults and 8 children. This home includes a King master suite on the first floor complete with an LED TV. Also, downstairs is a Queen bedroom with a TV, the adjoining bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second floor has another master bedroom with a King bed and five additional bedrooms, all with TVs. Upstairs includes three themed rooms: the toy room, under the sea, and a wizard-themed bedroom!

With an open layout in the living room, the dining area has seating for 10, additionally, 4 people can use the breakfast bar. The indoor kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is also a summer kitchen if you want to cook by the pool. The living room has ample seating surrounding the large LED TV. The laundry room is located downstairs so you won't have to worry about running out of clothes during your family vacation.

After a long day at the park, kick back in the upstairs den, enjoy some popcorn, and watch a movie. The garage has been converted into a game room. The clubhouse pool will be closing for a period of 17 days (SEPTEMBER 6- SEPTEMBER 22) Re-opening September 23rd. This closure will be to refurbish and repair our children's play area.

Terms And Conditions:

• Payment Terms - Outside of 30 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 50%, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Inside of 30 days of arrival full payment is required.
• Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• Tax is not included in nightly rates
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
• Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival
• Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
• The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. **It is the guest’s responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue and replenish the propane as required.
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
