Grab the included kayaks and go for a paddle down the canal straight to the river access.
 
Designed with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this home can sleep a total of 8 people.
 Enjoy the cozy living room after a day out on the water. Take advantage of the spacious open kitchen boasting granite countertops. Enjoy your meals in the comfortable dining room or head out to the covered and enclosed patio for al fresco dining by the water.
This home also has a private dock so you can tie up your own boat. (boat lift not for guest use). The canal is direct access to the Peace River right after it meets Whidden Bay at Harbour Heights Park. Dock size is 6x10

This pool is south-facing. No Pool Heat. There is no spa, it's a spillover into the pool. The pool size is 10x20 and it is a chlorinated pool. 

Garage: not available for guest use. 
We offer beach supplies including chairs, boogie boards, and coolers. We have float toys for the pool and bikes are available for guest use as well. There are plenty of books for a rainy day as well as a few board games.
Comes with a full-size washer and dryer in the garage.
BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional $56 fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning. This is a charcoal BBQ.
Garage: Owner private vehicle parked, no garage use


This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit. 
Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.

The beautiful beaches of Englewood are a short 30-minute drive away.
Publix and Walmart are about 10 minutes away.
Deep Creek Golf Club is less than 3 miles away.
Public Boat Ramp at Harbour Heights Park for easy access to the water by boat. 


We will provide a welcome pack including the following:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 packets of dishwasher detergent
2 packets of laundry soap
"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom
Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.

- When you reserve, we will collect a $1,500.00 deposit.
- Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- If canceled 91 days or more prior to arrival - $250 is refundable.
- If canceled 89 - 61 days prior to arrival - entire $1,500 is non-refundable
