Both bedrooms here provides you and your guests with the perfect night's sleep. The master bedroom has a king bed while the guest bedroom has 2 twins. No matter which room you choose, you’ll be sure to fall into a peaceful sleep each and every night. 

Along with these 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you’ll get plenty of entertainment when you stay in this condo. With gorgeous porches overlooking the intracoastal waters, you’ll be able to spend all day soaking up the sun. You can also visit the clubhouse which has an amazing pool, fitness center, and so much more! When you book your stay, you’ll feel right at home, just steps away from the beaches of Siesta Key!

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to stock and replenish, we do not restock these items. 
This is an industry-standard practice.
No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.

per HOA rules only Saturday to Saturday stay is allowed. No other departure or arrival date can be accommodated. Dates outside of those listed above we can accommodate different arrival and departure dates.

Please note our special deposit and cancellation policy for our guests who stay 28 days and longer, we welcome you!
Our longer-stay deposit and cancellation policy is different and an exception to what is noted for a shorter stay:
- When you reserve, we will collect a $1,500.00 deposit.
- Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- If canceled 91 days or more prior to arrival - $250 is refundable.
- If canceled 89 - 61 days prior to arrival - entire $1,500 is non-refundable
