The unique setting of the building allows views both from the Ocean and the Intracoastal waterways. All the rooms have cable TV and great high speed internet which Is also available through the building. 

The kitchen includes a full size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster.
Complete set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, silverware are included.
Linen, towels, pillows, beach towels, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are located in the closets.
The bathrooms includes hair dryer, amenities and an iron.

Maximum occupancy of 6. This 960 sq unit has 2 bedrooms (2 queen, 2 full) ), 2 full bathrooms, lots of closet space.

Washer and Dryers are available on each floors (bring quarters)

Enjoy the hotel’s amenities which include a heated pool with lots of lounging space, 2 jacuzzi, a gym, tiki bar, coffee shop and gift shop. 
Watersports and boat rental options on site (additional charge). Great concierge available to give you tips and advice on where to go and what to do. 

Check in through the hotel’s front desk. $5 refundable wristbands are necessary for full access to the building.

The Alexander Hotel is conveniently located in Mid Beach, less than 10 minutes away from the heart to South Beach. Many groceries and quick eats options are available walking distance. Citibike station is located across the street as well as the mid beach trolley station a few minutes away which takes you all the way to South Beach. Convenience shop located in the lobby and supermarket 5 minutes away.

The building is located along side the beach and the access is located on the lower level, through the pool area. Due to the residential nature of the area, the beaches are quiet and peaceful. The newly remodeled boardwalk will take you all the way to Ocean Drive. Kids playground and public parking are located nearby. 30 Mins from Miami International Airport.
