This Villa is located on the top (2nd) floors with a rear balcony that leads to the shared heated pool . Perfect for lounging or a swim. There is also a gas BBQ for use during your stay.  You'll be located in the quiet, five-unit Villas by the Sea where you can stroll the newly built pier, savor delicious meals at the many restaurants, or catch some live music in the evening at a local pub like the Bridge Tender Inn. Park your car in the assigned spot and hop on the free trolley to get around. This condo has been completely remodeled and features all newer furnishings & decor. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or a full meal. The bedroom features a queen-size bed and flat screen TV. You'll also have free WiFi access and shared coin-operated laundry facility.
