SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. To do so, we provide a professional linen service at this property to better enhance your enjoyment while staying here. This luxury amenity provides you high-quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. These high-quality linens are laundered in a commercial setting that uses only hypoallergenic, perfume & dye free soaps assuring all of our guests a comfortable stay.
With all SeaBreeze Vacation properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special, with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of kitchen paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods. We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.
Parking is limited to 2 cars.

Please note that the pool heater is off for the summer season. Some pictures may show a Hot Tub. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home is located on a quiet canal street and features a private dock where you can fish, view wildlife or simply just sit and relax! You will love the stylish decor and all this ground floor home has to offer. The flowing open floor plan includes a gourmet kitchen with granite counters and updated appliances, and a combined dining and living area which is ideal for time with family and friends and features a queen-size sleeper sofa. The well appointed living area is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Anna Maria Island and catch up on your shows on the flat screen smart TV. Need to stay connected even on vacation... Don’t worry as this rental is equipped with WiFi throughout. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom and flat screen TV. The second bedroom features a twin over twin bunk bed, extra large closet and flat screen TV. Fun is sure to be had by all! This home also comes with a full-size washer & dryer, gas BBQ Grill and beach cart/chairs for use during your stay.
