Mr. Bones BBQ

As a family-owned and operated restaurant, it is their goal to offer enough variety so large groups and families with diverse eating habits can get together in one place for a memorable meal. Meat-eaters, of course, are drawn to Mr. Bones for their world famous BBQ ribs, pulled pork and BBQ chicken. All 5 of their sauces are made in-house, and they even bottle and sell their original BBQ sauces and hand-mixed dry rub in the restaurant.

Mr. Bones BBQ has a pet peeve about restaurants that claim their food is “homemade,” or made from “scratch.” Have you ever noticed how restaurant sauces and soups taste the same? That’s because they are the same, bought from the same supplier. A packet or tub is opened, water is stirred in, and it’s called “made from scratch.”

Mr. Bones food is homemade—and it’s no surprise to our customers, because they can taste it.

Knowing that some of their vegan customers will put a rib restaurant under particular scrutiny, Mr. Bones take special care with their vegan dishes.
