If you’re looking for the perfect spot to drop anchor on Anna Maria Island— look no further than this spacious four-bedroom oasis. Located on the idyllic north end, Anchor Splash is a short stroll from the white sandy beaches and warm, aquamarine gulf waters. It’s also within walking distance of the delicious dining and eclectic shopping on Pine Avenue. Featuring the ideal balance of “close-to-everything” and “away-from-it-all” plus a private pool— this is the Anna Maria Island escape your whole family will love. 

The front facade of Anchor Splash is a classic Florida ranch— complete with a cobblestone driveway, carport, and manicured landscaping. A patio with an outdoor dining table leads up to the front door. Once inside, soaring, knotty pine vaulted ceilings and lots of sunny windows create an open, welcoming space. On one side of the large room are two butter-soft leather sofas and chairs facing the large flatscreen HDTV. On the other side of the room is the farmhouse-style dining table with seating for eight.

The kitchen is completely open to the living and dining area. It’s the perfect set-up for large families and groups of friends that like to socialize over the morning coffee and muffins or early evening cocktails and snacks. A large, quartz-topped island has lots of casual barstool seating. Bright white cabinets, gleaming quartz worktops, stainless steel appliances, elegant recessed lighting, and a mosaic tile backsplash all combine to create a chic, efficient space. You’ll have all you need and more to prepare quick snacks for the beach, lunches by the pool, or complete family dinners. 

Down the hallway are four private, peaceful bedrooms— each with its own flatscreen television. The first bedroom has two twin-size beds, while the second bedroom has a king-size bed. Bedroom three features a comfy queen-size bed and an entrance that leads out to the pool and patio area. The final bedroom is the luxurious master suite— complete with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. There’s also another full bathroom that can be accessed from the hallway and has a tub/shower combo with a handrail. 
In the backyard, the dazzling blue pool was designed to take full advantage of the secluded space. Surrounded by lush, swaying palm trees and plenty of lounge chairs, the sun-kissed backyard oasis is the ideal spot to work on your tan or cool off after a day at the beach. Or, move your lounger to the shade of the palm tree and relax with a cool drink and a good book. After dinner, unwind in the hot tub under the stars. 
Anchor Splash is ideally located close to the beach and the hustle and bustle of Pine Avenue, while still maintaining the privacy and peace of a luxury north-end home.

This luxury amenity provides you high-quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. These premium linens are laundered in a commercial setting that uses only hypoallergenic, perfume- and dye-free soaps assuring all guests a comfortable stay. 

With all SeaBreeze Vacation properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. When you arrive, your home will be supplied with 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of kitchen paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and softener. We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. If you need a pack-and-play, high chair, or other specialty items, these are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in your home when you arrive.
