Sunset Landings Unit 5 is a spacious two bedroom, two and one half bath town home with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. With just a few steps across the street you can enjoy the white sandy beaches and numerous fishing piers. There are no buildings to obstruct your view of the beach!

This beautiful townhouse sleeps up to 5 people with 2 1/2 bathrooms, full laundry, and recently renovated. We know once you spend time here you will not want to leave or you will want to return time and time again. This tropical retreat in a prime location will assure you a comforting, stress-free atmosphere and a relaxing, memorable vacation. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need to prepare a quick snack for the family or  a romantic dinner for two, which you can enjoy either in the dining room, or on the large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living room invites you to relax, kick-back and enjoy your favorite TV shows on the flat screened smart TV.  Wi-fi throughout. But, it doesn’t stop there the master bedroom also has a balcony where you can watch the sunset or awaken to hearing the waves crash on the beautiful white sandy beaches.

We know this has been a tough year for everyone and the events of 2020 have changed how people will travel forever. SeaBreeze listened to all of your complaints and concerns during these uncertain times and invested a lot of time and effort into formulating a flexible cancellation policy for our guests allowing you to cancel up to 14 days prior check-in and receive a refund per our terms and conditions.

This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. SeaBreeze Vacation strives to bring only the best quality experience to our guests, to do so we provide a professional linen service at this property to better enhance your enjoyment while staying here. This luxury amenity provides you high quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. These high-quality linens are laundered in a commercial setting  that uses only hypoallergenic, perfume & dye free soaps assuring all of our guests a comfortable stay. 

With all SeaBreeze Vacation properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special, with 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of kitchen paper towels, dishwasher detergent laundry detergent and softener. We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair etc these are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.
