Homestead Gem is a five-bedroom home that features a newly built screened-in pool with a spillover spa. This home is close to the main resort amenities at Reunion Resort, and just a few short miles from the Walt Disney World theme parks.
The main floor features the living area and downstairs king master bedroom. When you enter the home, you can get a little friendly competition on with the foosball table in the front room. The living room offers plenty of seating with two sofas and an extra chair and an ottoman. Guests can catch their favorite show or movie on the 70” wall-mounted smart tv. The kitchen has a gas range stove and includes a Keurig cup and espresso machine. Guests can enjoy a meal at the dining table for six or bar stool seating for four at the counter. The living room opens up to a covered back porch, with outdoor dining for eight. The back porch opens up to the screened-in patio with a heated pool and spillover spa. The deck features outdoor seating and lounging, perfect for soaking up the Florida sun!
A full washer and dryer off of the kitchen are available for guest use. A half bath located off of the living room provides convenience.
The downstairs king master stretches from front to back, with vinyl flooring, a wall-mounted smart tv, and wall controlled ceiling fan. This room also features a desk workstation with a plug-in monitor and offers direct access to the screened-in back porch. The large bathroom features his and hers vanity, a large corner soaking tub with plenty of light, and a separate shower.
Upstairs, guests will tuck into the remaining four bedrooms, each sharing a full jack-and-Jill bathroom. The back full/full bathroom features a wall-mounted smart tv and wall-controlled ceiling fan. Across the hall, the front king bedroom also has a wall-mounted smart tv and wall-controlled ceiling fan for added comfort. These rooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
On the opposite side of the home has another king bedroom up front with smart tv and wall-controlled ceiling fan. This room shares a bathroom with a shower only with the back queen bedroom. The back queen bedroom has a wall-mounted smart tv and wall-mounted ceiling fan for added comfort.

Terms And Conditions:
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
