Welcome to Paradise Palms Resort and this luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, 1914 sq. ft.  townhome rental located near the theme parks in Orlando, Florida. This vacation rental has attained the prestigious "Grand" status for having an upgraded professional furniture package. This vacation rental has all the comforts of home and more.  The kitchen is fully furnished and ideal for those times when it makes sense to dine in,  with plenty of seating for everyone to dine together. When it's time to relax, there is plenty of room to lounge and watch movies or just gather to share the stories of the day. The benefits of having your own private bedroom are sure to please all while having multiple bathrooms will ensure that all can get ready for the day at their own pace.  There is also a washer and dryer and FREE wireless high-speed internet for your convenience. 

This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit.   
Pet must be disclosed and additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.

Head over to the clubhouse and catch a movie in the theater or spend a day relaxing by the 5,000 sq. ft. tropical lagoon pool with a water slide.  The Tiki Bar serves food and adult beverages and adult beverages.  The kids will love the virgin frozen drinks, water slide, and splash pad.  Don't forget coins for the arcade.  And when you are ready, the fitness center is waiting for you! There is a lighted tennis court, basketball courts, playground, and a volleyball court for guests to enjoy. Theme parks?  Nearby!  The resort is minutes from Walt Disney World and within easy access to I-4 which leads to all of Orlando's other attractions.

Please note our special deposit and cancellation policy for our guests who stay 28 days and longer, we welcome you!
Our longer-stay deposit and cancellation policy is different and an exception to what is noted for a shorter stay:
- When you reserve, we will collect a $1,500.00 deposit.
- Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- If canceled 91 days or more prior to arrival - $250 is refundable.
- If canceled 89 - 61 days prior to arrival - entire $1,500 is non-refundable
