Welcome to Condo à la Mode! This 3-bed condo is located in The Villas South neighborhood close to the heart of Reunion Resort close to the water park, tennis courts, and mini-golf. Villas South neighborhood also has its own community pool and playground.

A top-floor unit, this modern condo is bright and spacious with a large balcony overlooking the lush greenery below. Having access to such a large and private balcony adds to the living space of the home. Enjoy breakfast in the gentle morning breeze at the patio dining table, or, relax with a cold drink in one of the patio loungers to the setting sun at the end of the day. Large screen doors open to the living area with comfy sofas before a wall-mounted large-screen TV with a PS4. This grand room also includes a fine dining table that seats up to 8 guests and a fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Here you can conveniently cook homemade meals or store & reheat take-out. 

The first bedroom is a master suite with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub and separate shower. This suite also has balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom with a bath & shower combo. The third bedroom has two full-size beds with direct access to a bathroom with a bath & shower combo. All of the bedrooms have private TVs, and there is a washer & dryer available for your convenience.

Terms And Conditions:

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
