Do you have a pool?
Although we do not have a pool, the largest pool on the West Coast is just steps away. (Pacific Ocean)
Do you have an elevator?
With only 3 floors an elevator isn't needed.
Do you allow pets?
Sorry, for health reasons we do not. Some guests are allergic to the dander found on some pets.
Is smoking allowed.
All units are non-smoking but it is permitted outside.
How close is SeaBreeze to the airport (San Diego & Los Angeles)?
San Diego International Airport, SAN, is approximately 35 miles South of us. Los Angeles International Airport, LAX, is approximately 90 miles North. Try Google Maps and search for either "SAN airport" or "LAX airport".
Do you have a exercise room?
No, but you are steps away from the beach with all sorts of cardio-vascular exercise possibilities-- complete with unmatched fresh air, sights and sounds
Do you have a shuttle service?

Are there very many restaurants within walking distance?
Yes, in fact, there are about 14 all within a few blocks.
Do we provide any beach equipment.
The surf shop next door rents all sorts of fun equipment and even offers surfing lessons. Offshore Surf Shop, (760) 729-4934
Do you have internet connection?
Yes. We have wireless broadband.
